A new look for property giant EG
Re-branding the UK’s largest commercial property search website
Following a successful rebranding project for Estates Gazette, one of the UK’s top 500 business superbrands, EG switched their focus to Propertylink; a website advertising commercial properties for sale or rent. Eclipse were tasked with updating all aspects of the brand including logos, creative, copy and a launch campaign.
Working to a strict deadline, our team quickly got under the skin of Propertylink to understand its USP’s and the customer pain points it addressed. We developed bold visuals which confidently conveyed Propertylink’s position as a market leader, with touchpoints into the suite of brands within the EG product family. The website was re-developed with a clearer structure and improved user experience. A teaser and launch campaign were added to the list of assets alongside a 3 month social copy deck to support ongoing communications.
